  • Possess a strong sense of style, as our business is directly related to “looking good”
  • Be able to work a flexible 3-4 day schedule each week (we are open 7 days a week – weekend are busy days for us), schedules are posted monthly. A work day typically is 9:00am to 6:00pm with a lunch break
  • Daily shop opening – Arrive prior to 9:30 and prepare shop for the day and begin answering client “reservation” calls
  • Manage the “Daily Client List” – Keep the daily list as full as possible in an organized fashion, provide excellent customer service by conversing and joking with clients thus creating an upbeat, positive shop “vibe”, follow Shave Barber Company’s list guidelines on scheduling services throughout the day, explain to each customer “how it works”, notify clients when we are ready for them, accurately ring up each client in our point of sale program
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed properly and timely (sweeping hair from floor between clients, keeping an adequate supply of clean, folded towels available for barbers and stylist, making sure the shop is always clean and tidy, etc.). We are mandated by the state to operate in a clean/sanitary environment
  • Oversee barbers and stylists ensuring all work is being performed up to the quality and production standards set forth by the company president as well as Georgia State Board
  • Work directly with the company president to ensure each staff member follows our company brand guidelines, our clients are kept happy with excellent customer service and the quality of work provided by staff is up to company standards
  • Daily store closing – Perform all end of day duties ensuring the shop is ready for the following day
  • Ensure the company aesthetic is maintained at the level set forth by company policy by ensuring the shop is cleaned, maintained and visually appealing to clients
  • Assist the company president by recruiting, marketing and interviewing potential new staff members
  • Assist the company’s president by ensuring the Shave Barber Company’s marketing and corporate brand standards are followed

Competitive salary plus quarterly profit sharing bonus

  • Holiday Pay – Seven days annually
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – Accrual of paid days off each year (varies on hours worked per week)

Pay: $37,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
